I survived this year. It didn't suck as much as I thought it did. I learned so much about myself and what I what. I learned I'll never be content with just being. I learned I like a challenge and I don't like a security blanket. I learned people really do like me and I need to suck it up and deal with that. I learned that I am a horrible person, and then I learned that maybe I'm not.
As much as I hated it at the time, I wouldn't trade this year for anything. Sure I'm ready for more experiences, bigger places, different places. I'm ready to get out of this suburbanite town. But I'll remember this year for a long time. Thanks for the memories kids.

Wow, RBHS musical kicked ass. The pit kicked some ass. The solo at the end of act I kicked some serious ass today. I'm really going to miss pit because I actually liked it. A lot. I liked sitting there in the dark, playing music, being crucial to something. Getting, not giving applause.

Valentine's Day was brightened by talking on Megan's stoop, walking threw the halls with Buckley and Ely, and Ely saying Patches many many times. SPC Band was so much better than I thought it would be. In fact it was the only enjoyable day off of school for band I've had all year.
Kutch kicked some serious ass at Hackney's. Like seriously, if it was legal we would have all bought him drinks. And then I got to just been driven around for a bit which was different. He didn't graduate. He's only a junior. He's only a junior at OPRF and he didn't graduate. He's probably still gorgeous.
I can't watch movies anymore. I just end up talking. But talking to Beth was awesome. <3 Scholastic's Bowl is coming to an end and its very sad. I shall miss the lovely seniors, Georgia, Mike F. and Mike S. I shall miss them starting a cookie food fight in Westmont's cafeteria because we lost to bitchy Napoleon. Eww I actually cared for one of those plastic babies. Ew I had maternal instintcs. Ew.
The Postal Service reminds me of depression, making out in black and white movies, and tragically beautiful factories. Over and out kiddos.

I just had a life changing experience. I will never forget tonight as long as I live. I'm too in shock to know if it's good or bad.
I saw a wrestling match.
Good god, it was like a car wreck....you can't look away. The pep band was in awe and felt that when the team lost, our own child was dying. We didn't play much but as Eday said, it, like the tsunami was a life changing experience. When we found out Trey was going to wrestle we came up with a plan. When he would walk out onto the mat we were going to play "Never Scurred." Alas, Fenton had no one to wrestle him so he won by default. We then assumed Trey has an undefeated record. I will never forget this outing.
Who knew bulky men in spandex could be so much fun?
